Paul J. Huebner, Partner

Paul Huebner is the founder and a partner with Congruiti, LLC. He has extensive IT leadership, management consulting and business experience. Paul specializes in helping Congruiti’s clients define, prioritize and implement business and IT strategies and projects that help leverage technology to enhance their strengths and business results.
From 2003-2007, Paul was senior vice president and chief information officer (CIO) of the Ameritas Acacia Companies, and then of UNIFI Companies, Inc.—a $17 billion (assets) diversified insurance and financial services company. From 2000-2003, Paul helped establish and led the Ameritas Acacia Companies’ e-business group.
From 1982-2000, Paul worked for IBM Corporation, beginning in its large account sales division covering the telecommunications industry, and later as sales manager. In the early 1990’s, Paul joined IBM’s services group, which later became IBM Global Services. Over the next eight years, he worked as a business process consultant, project manager and consulting practice executive—providing process re-design, business and IT planning and software selection services for financial services, insurance and distribution clients. Prior to leaving IBM, Paul also helped start up IBM’s first web-based management consulting service.
Gopal Rao, Partner

Gopal Rao is a senior IT architect / business management consultant and partner with Congruiti, LLC. He has more than fifteen years of experience in the technology business. Gopal has been a consulting partner, IT architect, consultant, and lead software developer on several large projects. He has led and worked in large ERP systems projects involving JD Edwards, ORACLE, Salesforce.com and PEOPLESOFT.
Gopal has significant experience advising clients on business strategy, with a focus on technology and aligning technology with business. In this regard, he has evaluated companies for investment purposes and for business turnaround strategies. Gopal has also worked as contract C-level IT executive for clients reporting to the COO / CFO, with total responsibility for strategy and planning of IT. In similar capacities, he has been retained by several clients to assess technology platforms and to advise them on how to optimize the costs of using technology for future growth.
